I was once like the majority of people who have stepped into my studio looking for my help. I may have even been in a worse place than some of them. I was overweight, exhausted, pre-diabetic, and miserable. The cardio I was doing at the time simply wasn’t enough.
I finally reached a breaking point and said enough was enough. I made a conscious decision to change my habits, starting with my diet. I lost 3 sizes in 3 months through nutrition alone, but my love of fitness really started when I discovered weightlifting. Through strength-training I created the body I wanted and found the confidence I had been lacking all those years. Now I’m in the best shape of my life. In the six years I’ve been in the industry as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I have helped hundreds of busy women discover the strong people they were meant to be. Through my knowledge and own experience, I want to empower others to find the confidence and strength to transform their lives. |

Like me, not all personal trainers were born fit. It takes time and effort to achieve the physique that you desire. My method isn’t about starving yourself or following any extreme fads. It’s about using what works and turning it into the habits that allow you to live the life you deserve. My mission is to empower others to discover the proven ways to transform their bodies and minds.

By developing a vision of the person I wanted to be, and establishing a practice of daily habits, I changed my body and mind. My goal is to share the methods that helped me to escape my old lifestyle and to support others to see their lives undergo a transformation just as exhilarating as mine was. |
